Early 1950s Faux Jade Napier Necklace

At the time of this post, we were in search of matching earrings for research. This necklace featured a fold-over clasp which would date this piece no later than the early 1950s. The matching earrings would offer some insight as to when this lovely necklace was made. The earrings were since discovered and date this piece no older than the early 1950s despite the unusual clasp for this period. Each piece of a collection yields clues that help tell the story. The curvilinear aspects of this piece with have an Art Nouveau feel.
