One can never have enough earrings and Napier did them well. The top earrings are all hand-textured featuring nine strands each of tubular chain suspended from a button-shaped surmount. The second pair are like sculpted metal teardrops, and the third pair was featured in silver-plate in the book. Earrings are a wonderful reflection of hair styles and fashion. They were an accessory that ranged from a simple complementing piece of jewelry to having a dramatic statement deserving to be worn down a fashion runway! All 1950s.
