One of the reasons The E. A. Bliss Co. and later The Napier Co. was so interesting is that the company had diverse product lines. Here is an example of mesh purse advertisement (1919 as Bliss) and the same purse (c. 1920s) marked as Napier. The purses sold for as much as $125.00 in 1919.
